SHIPPING

How long before my order ships?
Orders will usually ship within 1-3 days. If there is an expected delay in shipment, you will be notified asap.
 
What are your shipping options?
We use USPS to ship everywhere in the USA. We offer First Class and Priority Mail options.
 
Do you ship International?
We do! We USPS and have first class and priority mail options.
 
Tracking hasn’t updated in a while and I think my order is lost. What do I do?
Current times have cause delays in mail service. If you order via First Class Mail, please allow at least 12 days from shipping date for arrival. If you ordered via Priority Mail, please allow at least 6 days from shipping date for arrival. If order hasn’t arrived past those dates, reach out via email to velvetlambwear@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help track the order.
 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Can I exchange an order that doesn’t have my right fit?
Yes. You can exchange the item for another available size, if the item is unused and unwashed. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the order. We provide return shipping labels for exchanges.
 
I got my order but it’s not what I wanted. Can I return it?
Yes. You can return items if they are unused and unwashed. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving order. Return items will be refunded item(s)+tax only. We do not provide return shipping labels for refunds.
 
So I can return any product?
Almost. We accept returns and exchanges for most of our products, with the exception of out Multi Use Headband/Mask. Since these are considered personal items, due to sanitary concerns we don't accept return or exchanges for these (ie. Final Sale). 

 

MATERIALS & PRINTS

What is your clothing made of?
Most of our items are made from super soft Rayon Spandex. It’s a comfortable, breathable with a bit of stretch. The fabric is thin but not sheer nor see thru.
 
Where is it made?
All of our clothing is responsibly made in Los Angeles, CA.
 
What style of print are on the pieces?
We use silk screen printing on our items. They hold really well on the material and soften over time without much color loss.
 
How do I wash my Velvet Lamb pieces?
For the quality and color to last, we recommend wash cold and line dry or tumble dry.
 
How can I release wrinkles from my pieces?
Steamers work like a charm. We don’t suggest ironing.
 

PRINTS & COLLABS

Why is there a price difference between prints?
Some designs we do in house, others we collaborate on. Collaborations have a higher price since profits from these sales are shared with our collaborator. This means that a portion of your purchase from that item goes towards the artist.
 
What does a collaboration mean?
We provide the canvas (our clothing) for the artist to share their art and message. We provide minimal feedback and guidance to ensure the artist has their full voice heard.
 
Do you donate to charity?
Some items in their description will have a mention of a donation to a specific charity. This means that a portion of your purchase from that item will go towards that charity.
