We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Piece(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Please contact us at velvetlambwear@gmail.com within 5 days of order delivery with your full name, order number, reason for the return and a few images of the piece(s). Once we receive your note, we will reach out with instructions on how to handle the return.

Once the shipment arrives at our office, we will review the condition and issue the refund, if applicable. The return shipping cost will be incurred by the customer. Please note that if the piece has any damages, we will not be able to accept the return. 

NOTE ON HEADBANDS/FACE MASKS: We are unable to accept returns or refunds for these items due to sanitary concerns.
